Contact Greg before or after you buy for estimate shipping times and/or tracking.

We use the USPS as our primary shipping method.

Timeline

1. You place an order either online or direct by telephone.
2. We process your card the same day OR the next business morning for orders placed late in the day.
3. You receive an email confirmation once your credit card has been processed. (check spam filter)
4. Your order is prepared for shipment. This usually takes between 24-48* business hours.
*due to heavy sales volume we are currently backed up... please email me for an update.
5. We print a shipping label for your package.
6. You receive another email on the day the package ships with the USPS (check your spam filter).
7. Your package arrives within 2-3 business days after shipment depending on your distance from Ohio.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at check-out in our E-Store.
The average cost to ship 1 MaxBlaster is between $15-$55 depending on your distance from Ohio.
Estimate Shipping Time
We try very hard to ship each order within 24-48 business hours from the time they were placed.

International Orders
We do accept International orders and will ship anywhere in the world.
Most International orders arrive within 2.5 weeks from the time they were placed.
Express Shipping
We DO offer Express Shipping... please call us for price and availability first.
The average cost for Express Shipping is between $65-$100 
Saturday Delivery | Signature Confirmation
The USPS does deliver on Saturdays and we DO NOT require signature for delivery.
You MAY request shipment to a Post Office Box.
Tracking
You may email us to track an order... send your name to info@ozonegeneratorsusa.com
Or simply follow the confirmation emails you receive as explained in the timeline.
UPS
On occasion we do ship with the UPS but only for special circumstances.
Please do not request us to use your UPS account unless it is urgent.

Store Policies

Our family business was founded on the principals of honesty, integrity, and a customer-first attitude. We aim above all else to be fair and to honor the promises we make.

Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason you may return your items within 7 days for a 100% refund.

In addition, you may return your items within the first 30 days with only a 10% re-stock fee.

Please call us if you are not satisfied and wish to return your items for a refund.

1-Year Unlimited Warranty

If for any reason your MaxBlaster discontinues operating in the first year of ownership we will repair it at no cost to you other than the amount you pay to ship it to us (one-way).

5-Year Limited Warranty

If the transformer or the fan discontinue operating during the first five years of ownership we will replace them at no cost to you other than the amount you pay to ship the unit back to us (one-way).

Resellers

We do not give anyone permission to re-sell our MaxBlaster's under a different name.

In addition, we do not give anyone to sell our MaxBlaster's online.
