No matter which brand ozone generator you buy, understand one thing...

It WILL need service at some point!

So it's one of the most important things to consider when purchasing an ozone generator.

Some companies tell you how to fix it yourself.
(because they don't want to deal with it themselves)

Other companies can't be reached at all after the sale.

And here's what you should know....



Regular Maintenance

The MaxBlaster requires very little maintenance on your end.

About the only thing you need to do on a regular basis is to clean the white filter on the inlet end of the unit. This is very simple, and requires you to follow the simple instructions provided with your MaxBlaster.

On average, you may need to clean the filter every 100-200 hours of use. This will depend in large part on how dirty the air is that is being pulled into the machine and how dirty you notice the filter becoming over time.Very simple, and very easy to clean.

It is also highly recommended to store your MaxBlaster in a dry, temperature controlled environment. In other words, keep it stored inside. Because mica can be affected by humid conditions, storing it indoors may prolong it's lifespan.


Advanced Service
(What to do if your unit no longer produces the heavy ozone scent or discontinues operating at 100%)

MaxBlasterUSA is one of the only (if not THE only) ozone companies who service the generators they sell.

And we make it very easy for you.

Simply send it back to us with the Service & Repair form that comes with your MaxBlaster.

Don't worry... we've saved a Service & Repair form for you to print right here...

It takes about a week to get your unit back in brand-new condition.

It's easy to box if you keep the original packaging... or just have your local USPS or UPS store help.

Warranty Policy

If your MaxBlaster needs service within the first year of ownership, we pay for it (1 year unlimited)

If it needs service after the first year, you pay a flat rate for a comprehensive service & repair that brings your MaxBlaster back to brand-new condition.


Important Note about Ozone Generator Service

Between Jan 1, 2008 and  Jan 1, 2010 we sold about 2500 MaxBlasters that are now being used across the country. Each month we get on average 5-10 units back for service. That's less than half of 1%.

Of these, most are more than one year old... although, some are less than one year old and do qualify for warranty work. The majority of this work (90%) calls for a replacement mica generator pack. This is a quick fix and brings the unit back to brand new condition once replaced.

Why do we mention this?

Because so many competitors like to confuse & intimidate customers by making exaggerated claims on their website in an attempt to promote their product.

So we're giving you the facts so you can determine what to believe for yourself.
