How will I know and What do I do if my MaxBlaster stops working?
There are a couple of ways that you will know when your MaxBlaster is not operating properly.
You will know it needs service if...
1 You no longer detect the heavy scent of ozone gas when your unit is turned on*
(*if you hear the fan running but no ozone scent)
2 You no longer see the electric purple 'glow' of the generator pack*
(*this is visible when viewed through the outlet end of your MaxBlaster in a dark room)
If either of these take place your MaxBlaster is in need of service.
To complete service of your MaxBlaster simply follow the instructions of our service & warranty program.

Our service department is easy to use, and you'll have your MaxBlaster back in about a week.
Also know that there are a few minor fixes that some customers may be able to fix on their own.
