How long will this machine last?

You can expect your MaxBlaster to work for many years to come on a regular, every-day basis.

We use stainless steel interior components and the transformer and fan are fully warrantied for 5 years.

However, like all ozone generators that use mica, you will need to replace the generator pack over time.

Here is what we are talking about...

Our unique design does not allow you to replace the generator pack, or replace individual plates yourself* as many ozone generators do. This is what gives us our 'unbreakable' mica abilities.

*if you are handy and/or electrically inclined you can do this on your own... call us for info

However, once the generator pack shorts, you will need to send it in to our service department for replacement. As long as you continue to replace the generator pack, your MaxBlaster will continue to operate in brand-new condition for years to come (10+)

We are sure you are asking.... How often will I need to change the generator pack?

Good question.

About 10% of the units we've sold have required replacement generator packs in the first 24 months.

So there is a good chance you won't need to replace it any time soon.

If the generator pack needs replaced in the first 12 months we pay for under the warranty.

If it needs replaced after the warranty expires we provide a comprehensive service program to replace the generator pack AND upgrade the rest of your unit back to brand new condition.

Keeping in mind the transformer and fan are almost no-fault items... and the rest of our unit is a very simple construction, if you maintain the generator pack as described above you can expect years of continuous ues on a regular, commercial, day-to-day basis.
