Fan

One of the new companies aggressively markets how powerful the fan is inside their unit.

The truth is this product is an exact replica of ours with identical components having been built by a former local customer who reverse engineered our MaxBlaster.

The difference.... a massive spa blower fan.

The problem? A fan this size inside the machine does little to produce more ozone.

Instead it overheats the transformer & generator pack using way too much energy and exposing other risks.


Everyone in the ozone industry knows you need good air dispersement inside any space being SHOCK ozone treated. But they also know to use some fans or the central air system in the house NOT a overwhelming fan with little actual air movement (it's a spa fan not an air mover) inside the machine.

Our fan is small & inexpensive yet extremely solid & dependable pushing 115CFM of oxygen past our transformer (cooling it) and across our generator pack converting oxygen to ozone. 



Transformer

The transformer we use is designed specifically as a severe-application ozone transformer.

It is built to withstand harsh electrical & environmental demands imposed by continuous-duty, corona-discharge, ozone-generation, and electrostatic applications.

In plain english... it's capable of supporting twice the ozone generation load of a conventional transformer.

Mica

We use the highest grade mica plates in the industry and support each plate in a permanent manner compressed & sealed in our generator pack.

Opposed to competitors who use 2 or 3 replaceable, fragile plates that often get damaged during commercial use the MaxBlaster uses 7 plates with 4X the stainless steel exposure.

This makes it a tough, rugged high-output machine capable of everyday use in business or at home.


About half the ozone generators in the world use mica in their design... so don't listen to the other half who say mica is too fragile and susceptible to breaking. The key is our unique, compressed generator pack which protects the plates from movement during it's lifespan.



MGHR

A major area of debate between ozone companies is the argument over mghr (milligrams per hour of ozone production)

While each company uses mghr to advertise their machine, there is no industry standard measurement to test for it. Each company does it their own way.

So it's a little ridiculous that each company warns you against the other guys mghr ratings .
