Oxygen (O2) is pulled into the inlet end of the MaxBlaster by the 115CFM fan located just inside this intake end of the unit.
The white foam filter catches any dust & particles before entering the chamber.
Every so often, as you notice the filter becoming dirty you'll need to remove the end piece and rinse the filter under water... but that's about all you need for maintenance.
Ozone Outlet End
Within seconds after turning on your MaxBlaster you will notice (smell) an overwhelming amount of ozone exiting this outlet end.
Within minutes, enough ozone has been produced to make it uncomfortable to remain in the same room.
And within hours, SHOCK treatment levels of ozone have oxidized all strong odors & mold.
On/Off Switch
Unlike most ozone generators that have too many unnecessary features that do nothing but drive up the price, the MaxBlaster has only on button... an on/off switch. It's really all you need.
When the unit is on, you will definitely know it by the presence of ozone gas exiting the unit.
Or, you can peak into the outlet end of the MaxBlaster to notice the purple glow of the generator pack converting the oxygen to ozone.
Fuse
The fuse is one of the few things that would ever need to be replaced during the lifespan of your MaxBlaster.
Located on the outside of the box it is easy enough for even the least inclined individual to change.
If your MaxBlaster ever fails to turn on when it's supposed to... check the fuse... it may be burned out.
If that's the case give us a call... we provide FREE fuses to all of our customers.
Power Cord
Our standard 3-prong cord operates on 110v outlets but it can be used on a converter to operate on 220v
It's about 5' long and works with any 3-prong extention cord.
Some ozone companies sell the option of having a longer cord built into their units... we'll tell you to buy an extention cord for half the price.
Spout Outlet & Tube Accessory
This spout outlet & tube accessory is one of the most valuable tools to own if you intend on using your MaxBlaster on a regular basis for different types of applications.
It allows you to attach the 1 1/2" diameter hose to the outlet end of your MaxBlaster (no screws required) so you can target the output of ozone into small spaces.
This allows you to leave the MaxBlaster outside the treatment area while pushing ozone into the treatment area... breathing only fresh oxygen during the treatment cycle. The higher the concentration of oxygen the MaxBlaster breathes, the better the supply of ozone.
Small Space SHOCK Treatment
When used with the spout outlet & tube accessory the MaxBlaster works excellent in small spaces such as cars, boats, and closets.
By allowing the MaxBlaster to breathe fresh oxygen during treatment, as opposed to recycled ozone, the efficiency of the treatment is magnified greatly.
