About the Replacement Generator Pack
Available for the 12th Edition MaxBlaster
The replacement pack has been fitted for our 12th Edition only... if you want to buy & replace a generator pack for a previous edition please CONTACT GREG.
How easy is it to replace?
You will need a phillips screwdriver to remove the end pieces, and the ability to replace two wires/ wire nuts. An easy to understand instruction manual comes with each pack. It will be easy for someone familiar with wiring and electronics to complete the replacement. If you are not sure CONTACT GREG to discuss.

Is it safe to replace on my own?
As with opening any electric device extreme caution is required. Make sure your MaxBlaster is not plugged in... and make sure to follow the instructions exactly. If you are at all uncomfortable handling electronic components and open wires please use our regular service department instead.
How often does the generator pack need replaced?
The life-span of each generator pack can vary quite a bit. We expect them to last at least 18 months under regular use... however some have lasted much longer and some much less. We've learned this... the drier you store your MaxBlaster, the longer the lifespan. So we now include a fitted dry-box & desiccant with each unit so you can store it in as low humidity as possible.
Is the generator pack under warranty?
