Please be aware that as the popularity of our MaxBlaster has grown over the years that numerous individuals have attempted to copy and sell their own 'ozone-blaster' similar to our product.

While we respect the good intentioned individuals who, like us, seek to do business in this exciting and developing industry, we must protect ourselves from those who simply try and confuse customers into believing their machine and ours are one in the same.

We have become aware of several individuals selling ozone generators that so closely resemble ours in name and appearance that customers of these other companies have called us thinking it was us who sold it to them.

You do not need to be afraid. Or over-concerned. We simply ask you to be aware that we are the ONLY place that builds and sells MaxBlaster ozone generarators... the Original Ozone Blaster!

Charlie Boday is a former local customer of MaxBlasterUSA who was banned from purchasing ozone generators from our company in 2009 for multiple infractions of our business policies.

Since that time Mr. Boday has begun building his 'own' machine, using virtually all the same technology and design innovations learned from our founder while targeting our product in a series of YouTube video's where Mr. Boday blatantly misrepresents our product.

Despite how much time and effort Mr. Boday spends trying to make us look bad, he continues to use our owners manual, our e-book, our design, our website, our marketing terminology, and our business concept as the model for his own, copying us at the same time he talks so bad about us.

While we allowed such questionable behavior to continue undeterred for several months as Mr. Boday began selling his product in late 2010, it was only when we began receiving numerous complaints from Mr. Boday's customers, many of whom that had been misled by Mr. Boday, that we decided action was necessary.

So, we kindly ask, that if you've spoken with Mr. Boday about his or our products, that you take the time to give us a call too... we'd be happy to offer real, honest, accurate information from the company that Charlie himself trusts as the true ozone blaster source.
